One Spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Our clients must be over the age of 18, any client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited and this way tranquillity and privacy are maintained within the Spa. If you need to receive messages during your service please advise your therapist in order to receive assistance.

Gift Certificates of One Spa are non-refundable for money or other value. If you wish to make any changes in the services please contact us so we can advise and inform you if you would have to pay any additional.  The validity of the Gift Certificates is of three months as of the date of purchase.

All appointments are guaranteed with a credit card or Gift Certificate. Don’t forget to ask for everything that you need to in order to make your experience unique. Our coordinators and therapists are experts and will be pleased to guide you in choosing the treatments that fit your personal needs.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform the Spa at least 4 hours before your appointment in order to avoid the 100% of the charge for the service or services reserved, in concept of No show.

The cancellation or rescheduling of a Gift Certificate should be done 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, it will be discharged in concept of No show. 

Arriving at the spa:
Before starting your treatment allow yourself some time to enjoy our facilities. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment so that you are able to familiarise yourself with the environment and to make the most of the experience. This way we are able to attend to you at the time scheduled. All of the treatments will finish on the time scheduled, regardless of whether or not they started late, in order to respect all of the services scheduled for that day and to avoid causing the delay of other clients services.

Health problems:
When you ring to make the booking we ask that you advise us if you suffer from high blood pressure, cardiac problems or any other delicate illness. With regard to pregnant women, we have special treatments that don’t include pressure, mineral oils or time spent in saunas. We recommend that you do not consume alcohol before, during or just after your treatments. For your own wellbeing, we reserve the right to stop your treatment if we suspect the consumption of alcohol or of any other substance that will prevent you from getting the most out of the service.

Clothing for the Spa:
We will provide you with a comfortable gown, a towel and slippers. Moreover, you will be assigned a locker so you can keep all your belongings. We do not have a safety deposit box so we recommend you not to bring valuable items to the Spa.

Service charge:
There is no tip or service charge included in the price of your treatment. If you are very satisfied with your service and would like to leave a tip, please notify the person on reception at the time of making your payment. We have envelopes at reception in case you want to leave your tip in cash.
